Un show très émouvant. Le dernier défilé designé par Karl Lagerfeld qui fut DA chez Fendi pendant 54 ans, un record. La collection Automne-Hiver est telle un vent froid avec des références masculines & quelques touches de romantisme & de couleurs. Le show s’est clôturé avec une vidéo montrant Karl dessinant & mettant en avant la continuité & l’élégance qu’il a développé avec la marque. Silvia Fendi le disait elle-même: « Le lien entre Karl Lagerfeld & Fendi est la plus longue histoire d’amour en Mode. Sa présence nous suivra encore de nombreuses années. Tout ce qui comptait pour lui était le succès des collections & jusqu’au au bout il a fait preuve de soin & de persévérance. Il va tellement nous manquer » A very touching show. The Autumn-Winter collection was like a breath of northern wind with masculine sides & some romantic & colorful pieces. Karl popped up on film at the show’s end drawing & enhancing the continuity & beauty he developed through the brand. Silvia Fendi said it herself: « The bond between Karl Lagerfeld & Fendi is Fashion’s longest love story. He will touch our lives for years to come. I am profoundly saddened by his passing & deeply touched by his constant care & perseverance until the very end & (…) before the show, his only thoughts were on the richness & beauty of the collection.
